Biography
Chutikarn is EB Impact’s Senior Executive (Programmes and Community). She brings experience and a deep passion for youth empowerment, social equality, and sustainability. Having led and participated in numerous community development and education initiatives across Thailand and internationally, she combines real-world insights with a commitment to creating meaningful change.
Driven by a belief in the transformative power of global cooperation and social inclusion, Chutikarn developed a keen interest in migration and human security. Her master’s thesis explored the livelihoods of urban refugees in Thailand, where she conducted surveys and interviews with refugees across nine communities. These experiences provided her with first-hand insights into refugee challenges and the implications of legal frameworks. She is particularly interested in the intersection of sustainable development and migration as a key pathway towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Beyond her expertise in social development, Chutikarn has professional experience in international diplomacy. She played a key role in supporting a diplomatic mission in Thailand, where she coordinated high-level meetings and fostered partnerships across diverse sectors in Southeast Asia.
Chutikarn holds a Master’s degree in International Development Studies from the Faculty of Political Science at Chulalongkorn University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and English Language and Literature from the Faculty of Arts, Chulalongkorn University. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering as a teacher at a community school, where she is continually inspired by the opportunity to empower young people and help bridge the social inequality gap.
