Diana Ratih

Diana is EB Impact's Programmes and Community Manager. With a professional background in social impact and programme management, she is dedicated to empowering others to make the change they want to see in their local communities, regardless of their age, ethnicity, or background.

Her interest in sustainability crystallised when she decided to do her final year project on Food Sustainability in Kalimantan, Indonesia which opened her eyes to the impact of sustainability issues in the everyday lives of people. It also showed how crucial it was for everyone to stand together in our global efforts against climate change and our pursuit of sustainable development. Outside of work she enjoys going for nature walks, volunteering to conduct community building research, and habitat enhancement work. At EB Impact, Diana always looks forward to being part of a team that creates sustainable and socially responsible solutions which create a positive impact on the world.

She is a graduate from the National University of Singapore studying Global Studies with a 2nd Major in Business Management and has always been interested in the intersection of business and social responsibility. Outside of her academic life, she has pursued previous roles in consulting, business development, customer service, marketing, and project management in both the social services and sustainability sector.
